By purchasing or using services from Atlantis Hosting, operated by Atlantis Services, you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Our Services

Atlantis Hosting provides Minecraft server hosting. Server resources depend on the plan you purchase. You are responsible for managing your server and its content.

2. Payments and Renewals

Hosting plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled. Prices and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.

If a payment fails or becomes overdue, your service may be suspended. Continued non-payment may result in termination and deletion of server files after notice.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your hosting service through your customer account or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewals once processed.

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Any mandatory refund, cancellation or withdrawal rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use our hosting services for:

• Illegal activities or illegal content
• DDoS attacks or other network attacks
• Malware, phishing or unauthorized access
• Cryptocurrency mining
• Activities that disrupt other customers or our infrastructure

We may suspend or terminate services that violate these rules or pose a security risk.

5. Server Performance and Availability

We aim to provide hosting around the clock, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network issues, hardware problems and other outages may occasionally affect your server.

Unlimited player slots do not mean unlimited performance. Actual player capacity depends on your plan, plugins, world size and server activity.

6. Backups and Data

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important Minecraft worlds and files. We recommend downloading backups regularly.

When a service is terminated, its files may be permanently deleted. Our responsibility for data loss is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and providing accurate account information. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when necessary. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated with appropriate notice.

Minecraft, Mojang and Microsoft are trademarks of their respective owners. Atlantis Hosting is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
